At Netbiis, doing business the right way is part of how we deliver results. We are committed to ethics, transparency and full compliance with the laws of every country where we operate. As part of this commitment, Netbiis voluntarily aligns its integrity practices with the guidelines issued by the Brazilian Office of the Comptroller General (CGU).

Our commitment — Netbiis maintains and continues to strengthen an Integrity (Compliance) Program built on a simple principle: zero tolerance for corruption, fraud and any form of harassment or discrimination. It is led by senior management and applies to employees, partners and third parties who work with us.

What our program covers

A Code of Ethics & Conduct guiding our people and partners.
A Whistleblower Channel for good-faith reporting, with protection against retaliation.
A designated Administrative area responsible for compliance and integrity (compliance@netbiis.com).
Ongoing risk management, training, communication and monitoring.
