Whistleblower Channel

Netbiis’s Whistleblower Channel is a safe way for employees, partners, suppliers and the public to report, in good faith, suspected irregularities, violations of our Code of Ethics or breaches of the law.

This channel is not a customer-service (SAC) line. It is for reporting conduct such as: corruption and fraud; offering or receiving undue advantages; moral or sexual harassment; discrimination; violations of human, labor or environmental rights; conflicts of interest; and other violations of our Code of Ethics.

How to report — You may submit a report by email at compliance@netbiis.com or through the form on this page. You may choose not to identify yourself; if you contact us by email, your email address will be visible to the Compliance area.

Our guarantees

Confidentiality: every report is handled confidentially, with access restricted to what is strictly
necessary for the investigation.
Non-retaliation: retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited. Netbiis rejects and investigates
any act of retaliation.
Good faith: protection applies to good-faith reporters. Reports proven to be knowingly false are not
protected.

How we handle your report — Reports are received and investigated by the Administrative area (compliance@netbiis.com), impartially and according to internal procedures. Any personal data provided is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the LGPD.
